Outlook Actions
Create journal entry for call with caller
Users can now create an Outlook journal entry for a call. The time, date and caller ID will be automatically entered into the subject field and "Phone call" will be entered into the entry type field.
Transfer/Conference
Forced one-step transfer
When performing a one-step transfer you can hang-up once the second call connection is made and the call will continue to ring through to the transfer contact.
Incoming Call
Answering second line
Users can now answer calls on their second line from their Aastra phone set. If a user is on a call on their primary line, Aastra Connector will continue to remain with that caller. When a call comes in on the second line, users can answer the call on their Aastra phone without effecting Aastra Connector. NOTE: If you hold a call via Aastra Connector during the second call, the phone will modify the hold of the second line call not the primary line call.

Transfer/Conference
If a conference call is initiated by an Aastra phone and one of the people on the conference call hang-up, the entire conference will be dropped.
Will not fix. This is currently a limitation imposed on Aastra Connector by the Aastra phone.
CallerID
Caller ID will not update after a failed transfer/conference. Aastra Connector will display the last number dialed.
Will not fix. Aastra Connector is designed to display the last number dialed.
CallerID
Second incoming call will not show the proper Caller ID. Aastra Connector will not change during this second call.
Will not fix. Aastra Connector is designed to aknowledge only the primary line.
Incoming Call
When you are on a call on the primary line and you get a new incoming call on the second line, selecting cancel in Aastra Connector while the incoming call is ringing will act as an "ignore" and the first call will carry on uninterrupted. Aastra Connector will not change during or after the ring of this call.
Will not fix. Aastra Connector is designed to aknowledge only the primary line.
Incoming Call
For the new feature of being able to answer a call on the second line, if you hold a call via Aastra Connector during the second call, the phone will modify the hold of the second line call not the primary line call.
Will not fix. Aastra Connector recognizes the current call state of the phone, therefore when a user selects hold from Aastra Connector the second call is put on hold because it is the current call in progress.
