When upgrading Connector, the installer may notify that some processes need to be shutdown and or that you need to reboot. It is safe to click "Continue" in the first case and to select "Later" in the second case. Behavior varies between versions of Windows.

Sticky Search Results
You can now access former search results by clicking the new search results menu button located to the right of number and caller ID field in the InGenius Connector toolbar.
All search engines are treated the same
The PC menu, and the default search menu now display all licensed search providers. You can invoke any search provider at any time. When you do a search from the toolbar or tray icon, InGenius Connector will search all providers selected in the settings. When the search returns it will offer at the bottom of the results all unselected providers.
Normalize user's Outlook personal contacts numbers
Users now have the ability to normalize unusual formatted numbers in their contacts to help improve contact look up success.
New Softphone Settings
Authorization user name and display name settings have been added to softphone settings. For most users the Authorization and Display names will be the same as the DN entered.
Softphone Advance Settings Changes
Tabs have been created for General Settings, Audio Settings, and Advanced Server Settings. The General Tab contains the configuration for Voice Mail settings, Audio Settings have remained the same, and Advanced Server Settings have the Local PC port and the Server Port moved to this new location.
